Shipping Information

How long does delivery take?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 business days. This is because our football boots are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse partners to your door.

How does the shipping process work?

1. You place an order and receive a confirmation email.
2. We process and pack your order within 48 hours.
3. Your order is shipped from our overseas warehouse.
4. You receive a tracking number via email.
5. You track your package until it arrives.

Important notes

• We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a full street address.
• Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by flight schedules, weather, or customs clearance. Check your tracking for the most accurate update.
• If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, or if tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate.

Lost or delayed packages?

We take responsibility for every order. If your package is lost, delayed, or held by customs, contact our customer service team and we will investigate and resolve it with our courier partners. No questions. No hassle.

Dispatch times

Orders are processed and packed within 48 hours. Once dispatched from our overseas warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. All deliveries require a signature on delivery where available. If no one is home to receive your item, you will be prompted via email to organise a re-delivery or collection from a local pickup point.
